Welcome to the Ultima Online server of The Abyss gaming portal. You have made the right choice — this is one of the longest-running online gaming projects. And there is a reason for that. Ultima Online has maintained an active community for decades thanks to its remarkably balanced world of peace and war, remaining popular even alongside much newer games with modern graphics.
The world of Ultima Online is built around incredibly deep gameplay, offering dozens of professions, skills, and paths to choose from. Here you can pursue ambitions you would never dare to follow in real life. Want to become a thief with no moral restrictions? A ruthless murderer feared by peaceful citizens?
Or perhaps you would rather protect peaceful players and stand on the side of Light, Law, and Order? Maybe you want to become a cunning merchant whose eyes light up at the sight of a handful of gold coins? Perhaps you prefer fishing from your own boat in the middle of the ocean? Or gathering resources? Become a miner and extract valuable metals from the earth. Maybe your calloused hands are better suited to a lumberjack's axe? Are you drawn to the world of animals? No problem: train your skills and tame creatures, and before long, a beautiful mustang may become your loyal mount.
An almost limitless variety of professions, character paths, and adventures awaits
you in the classic yet still thriving world of Ultima Online on The Abyss.
